Controller/Administration Manager


Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Administration Manager with experience in a (international) control environment. You will be responsible for providing management information and will be a key player in the planning & control cycle. You will initiate change processes to further professionalize the organization and act as a sparring partner for the business.

Key responsibilities

  • Management of processes (Finance, HR, IT and facility)
  • Assist during the monthly/quarterly and yearly financial closing in the Netherlands and Belgium
  • Ensure and coordinate the cooperation with the administration offices in Germany and involved parties in the Netherlands
  • Act as the key contact person and report to the head quarter in Germany
  • Support the implementation of processes and budgeting guidelines from the head quarter
  • Common organization, administration and office management
  • Act as contact person for authorities/consultants/lawyers/projects

Requirements

For this position you will need to have:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Economics (HEAO);
  • minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar position in an (international) industrial environment;
  • knowledge and experience in business controlling (preferably with additional accounting and HR experience);
  • Dutch as native speaker;
  • English perfectly fluent;
  • German and/or French would be an advantage;
  • Experience in office and facility management.
